And although there was no hot water from the taps upstairs, the shower worked like a charm. The fluffy towels and hairdryer were super handy, and the little heater above the towel rail was a genius idea. The location was top-notch and the cleanliness was mind-blowing. The owners were so quick to respond and incredibly helpful. my stay was absolutely fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more!
